Message From The President

Dear stakeholders, valuable business partners and dear colleagues,

The Covid-19 outbreak which affected our country and the whole world, seriously affected both our economic and social lives. With this process, we have all left behind a difficult year in which the negative effects of uncertainties in our world and our country were experienced, fragility and contraction in the markets were high. The pandemic has had many effects in all sectors, has also radically affected many of our habits in our business life.

Pluswell, which operates in the field of engineering and project management services in Europe, especially in Turkey, with its professional experienced team of more than 5+ years, adapting to the developing technology today with our new board of directors and new management approach, while quickly adapting to conducting our meetings and all our work online, while physically working in the office. Instead of being in meeting rooms and meeting rooms, we continued to carry out all our work in front of the computer by maintaining our business awareness and discipline.

This process that we have experienced has created a perception of a turning point in history, as well as the fact that we are a lucky generation that has witnessed this great change that will guide the way of life of future generations. On the one hand, while watching the contribution of developing technology to all sectors every day, we are introduced to new concepts and destructive innovations, and on the other hand, we are faced with facts about the sustainability of our world and our lives.

With the steps we take during this period, we will either keep up with the transformation and be among those whose names are written for the future, or we will count where we are and risk extinction in the brutality of time. Happily the day we were established as Pluswell we believed that success is possible and meaningful with people on the principle of "Our most important capital is our human resources!"

Although the dynamics of each line of business are different in all sectors in which we operate with the principle of "Each project will be a reference to new projects, quality cannot be compromised!", our goal will always be sustainable growth. In every sector we operate in, our leadership claim will continue and our strategies will be formed in this direction.

By staying true to our core values, we will constantly update and improve our strategies, business lines and organization. We see the new era as a very important opportunity to exist in brand new markets and to increase our strength in the markets in which we exist.
